yeah they do lol

but it gets hidden in servers mostly

but the ip blockers

do help to get rid of attention

i have one.. although it annoys me

so i never use it lmao

but the government

uses specially designed viruses and spyware

and even when you use a ip blocker

its often the case that information

slips through and gets to companies

and so on

haha there not the only ones who make viruses

anyone can make a simple virus..

jsut takes some basic coding and that...

although there is quite a few hackers that work

for the government, and that... so yeah.. they use them

quite a lot...

Sure why not, though what we say on the forums they are not technically allowed to use against us. There are certain laws, but then again there are ways around the laws and such too.
