Script Request! Character face and body above message box.

I need a script that makes a character's face and body shows above the message box like Luminous arc. :mellow: Help!

First, have your tried looking for any here in the scripts? Second, which RPG maker are you using? XP or VX? That could help us.

 

Also, I've seen something very, very, very close to that here on this forum. Be ware though, they don't like helping people.

 

XP Section - Look under Scripts or scripts request.

VX Section - Look under Scripts or scripts request. Its best to look in Projects though, to see if anyone has it. I saw a couple of them there that showed the full body of the character whilst they were talking. Just check projects in both XP and VX sections. They usually tell you what script they are using. :)

By face and body, you just mean an image right?

That's really simple! All you have to do is make 2 common events for each char. They are

1.Show (Char name)

2.Erase (Char name)

 

For the first common event, make a show picture event. This is supposed to be called for before you talk.

Choose the graphic you want to use and make the number 1.

You will need to change the number to 2 for the next graphic and so on and so on...

Anyway... You'll have to change the constant to X:80 and Y:20. That the first part done.

 

For the second common event, this is supposed to be called for when you want to make the picture go away, make an erase picture

event. Just choose that picture's number and there you go!
