Not only was he allowed to go home for his death, he received a huge welcome and cheers(it was also in the news here). The fact that this man has been released from his conviction for killing 270 people to die in the comfort of his home-land is an outrage, even for me who is a million miles away from any terrorism. I believe in an eye for eye. This man killed 270 people, so what is justice in this case?
