Nisage 31 Report post Posted September 8, 2009 I've been thinking of this topic for a while now. Does anyone remember some old computer games? Like, uh..... Frogger. Let me find a video on youtube...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4xWP2AEZgI something like a level walkthrough (the guy does say "F" a few times, just a warning" Anyone remember Frogger, the green frog that has to get 5 other frogs, 6 for some levels? I even tried to make a XP game of Frogger, do to a few problems, it was never finished :( But I really like this old computer game. It has 149 levels, that's right, 149. I even tried to make a VX game version of it (I only could make 20 levels :() The game is called Chips Challenge..... The object of Chip's Challenge is to help heroic Chip find all the computer chips he needs on one level so that he can plug into the cosmic computer socket and pass through the exit square to the next level. Along the way you've got to keep Chip safe from the many dangers of Melinda's magical clubhouse. Your job is to help him find the tools he'll need to unlock doors, walk through fire, bridge water, avoid bombs, and find the correct paths. Use the arrow keys on the numeric keypad or the mouse to move Chip around the magical clubhouse. Each time you move Chip to a square with a tool on it, the tool becomes Chip's ally. For instance, when you move Chip to a square with a blue key on it, he can use the key to pass through a blue door. The screen is divided into two windows: the Action window and the Information window. The Action window is the inside of Melinda's magical clubhouse, where you play the game. The Information window, located to the right of the action window, has four displays. In this game, some levels have a time limit, while others don't. Finding video now..... I never did finish every level of Chips Challenge..... Does anyone remember any of these, and/or some others? 1 Gary The Duck reacted to this

I know I heard the name of that game before. But I can't recall where :( I'll do some searching on it soon. I just remembered another game, Jezzball. You know, this game..... A fun game, you have to box in the spheres by removing some of their free space, I'll find a video of it..... There's also Pipe Dream..... and Rodent's Revenge..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DjJ9x9AVgtg
Tomo2000 60 Report post Posted September 8, 2009 I don't remember Frogger, but I do remember Warcraft 1 and 2 along with Command & Conquer The Original. Did you know that now these games are classified as abandonware and if you something called DosBox you can type in, for example, "Frogger Abandonware" into google or another search and you will be able to download and play it. Also, does anyone remember a came called Croc and Croc 2? That was an awesome game!
