[solved]Status Effect Script

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a script that during battle, will allow all the status effect animations to be shown at once.

Let's say for instance that Player A is poisoned, which has an animation of green bubbles. If he then gets a status effect called Burn, where the animation is of him flashing red, I would like for the red flashing and the green bubbles to be present, along with any other status that may be inflicted on him, instead of just the animation of whichever status has the highest priority.

This is a tricky script to find. Give me a moment to search......

Found it, talk to the NPC on the left to get 3 different Ailments (Status Effects. I call them Ailments :P ) and talk to the guy on the right to battle against 2 Ghosts.

Download Link.....

http://www.filefront.com/14539991/Multiple%20States.zip

Instructions

Add all of the scripts in the demo above main, or use the demo for your game. Whichever is easier for you.

Change this constant - Change_Speed = 100

setting it lower make it cycle faster and setting it higher does the opposite.

Also, states with a rank of 0 will not be displayed. Remember that.

Credits and Thanks

BlueScope for requesting

and

Trickster for making it

This will make the Ailment Animation change after a few seconds. Example.... Let's say Player 1 is Poison, Paralyze, and Asleep. It'll show the Poison Animation for a few seconds, then it'll change to the Paralyze Animation, followed my Sleep Animation for a few seconds, and repeat.

Enjoy.
