Donation's and Bank System

As you all noticed the Bank system was not working so i enabled it so you can store points.

You can now donate points to users if they have helped you or you can use it for buying resources from other members. Please look for the services on the users information for what services they offer.

The services system needs to be organized. I don't think that it has ever been used before. Maybe we should each make a topic on our services, label their point prices, etc. And under a user's info, you should be able to click on "Services" and it goes to the topic assigned to that user for their services. Make sense? And it needs to be more flashy so that it stands out and is used.

Yeah, LegacyX, points might be used to purchase services, but so far nothing has been decided.

Yeah there's no prize now, but I would if I was you rack up on as many as possible(though i don't know how) because if they became more valuable, getting them won't be as simple or easy
