[XP] Character won't move?

In my game you get to choose a character at the beginning, which is all good and fine; and then you get teleported to the starting town. The problem is, once you get there you can't move, you can change looking direction but can't move around. It doesn't matter which part of the town it is.

 

Help would be appreciated very much.

do you have an "Autorun" event? if so, change it to "Parallel Process"...I encountered that problem before too.

I have an autorun event in the first place where you're choosing the person but not in the place where you get transfered.

 

But I did change it and now it works, thanks!
