Nisage 31 Report post Posted November 16, 2009 I'm leaving for a while. The reason is my dog died yesterday :( He was hit by a car, but he was still alive (note, he's 13 years old. So still being able to move after getting hit, he's either sturdy or stubborn. Well he couldn't move his back legs.....) Sadly, he had internal bleeding, with a damaged pelvis, and if the vet tried to operate on him, with his age, he might of died during the operation, so we had to put him down..... So, yeah..... See you all soon, maybe in a week or a few days, or once I'm felling better from Bingo's death (Technically, Bingo is my mom's dog, but he was the family's first dog, so he was everyone's......) Tomo2000 60 Report post Posted November 16, 2009 Ah, my family has had many dogs. One was named "Dolly" (my sister named it) and we had this one about 6 years ago when my sister was 7 years old. Our dog, we believe, was bitten by a white tail and over a perioud of 3 days was loosing the ability to move her body, starting with her back legs. Then her front legs and then her entire body. My sister refused to sleep anywhere but next to her until, on the 3rd night, Dolly died by choking on her own spit. My sister cried for nearly a day when Dolly died. Hope to see you back, soon. We'll miss you ;) .
Noob Saibot 38 Report post Posted November 16, 2009 Those who die never truly die as they live on in ones memories. Hope you feel better. SIDE NOTE: my mother had to put her dog to sleep (he was very old; going blind, no teeth). He was a Chihuahua; but he was a clam one even as a puppy.
