I personally have two ideas. First, why not allow the new forum members also participate in the nominations? For instance, "debut" of the month nominations. Secondly, why not make the prizes won by his own will (within reason, of course). Because sometimes the creator of games needs at least a little help in its projects, but even the smallest, but the desired prize may encourage him to work on.
