It is the character pack that contains 1732 character sprites, all catagorized into folders. Unfortunately, I couldnt upload it to the server, so Megaupload will have to do for now. Character Pack -Credit to Alael for this pack. Although all the aurthors of the sprites are unknown. Marked 197 Report post Posted December 30, 2006 I think I know what your are talking about Dark Dragon. Some of them are indexed colour, so in photoshop, you cannot edit them. Marked 197 Report post Posted December 30, 2006 I downloaded it a LONG time ago. From CA, submitted by Alael. And I recently uploaded it. I wanted to on this server, but I couldnt. I hate using free file hosting, its such a pain. This is the best character pack I've came across. But its quite old. Hmm, that gives me an idea. Lorisor 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2007 Not even sure if this is on topic or not, but does this pack have any Female elves in it or blonde female fighter/warrior/whatever in it I mean I'd hate to DL it and it has absolutely nothing I can use...maybe not JUST female elves but elves in general at least? sorry if it's off topic didn't think making a whole new topic for this was neccessary... EmilyAnnCoons 7 Report post Posted January 28, 2007 ahh, yes, that pack...please don't use the Jessica or Mike character sets that are in there...(if marked didn't remove them already) the mike and jessica ones were made by a friend for my game ONLY. If you wish to use either of those, please ask me first... EDIT: In fact...hey, Marked, is it okay if I send you a link to an updated version of this pack (one that doesn't include Mike and Jessica, and has 2 girl sprites placed in the "women" section instead of the "men" section)? I sooooo want to use it. But there is one small problem, Where are the battlers? 0_0 I like soo need to use these, but none of them have battlers, did aleal make battlers as well? I have been teeter-totting with making a game and if i can use these i soooo would like to. Also, I searched in the script index and found the link didnt work. Marked 197 Report post Posted May 6, 2007 Welcome to the forums RPGMaker. This character pack was assorted by Alael. So basically he went around the internet and downloaded all these charactersets and sorted them into folders. This means that all the authors of these charactersets are uncredited, apart from those credited in their titles, which is very few. So, unfortunately it makes it very hard to give credit. Which soon will be against the rules to post such resources here. This means finding battlers will be very difficult. Some of the character sets in the pack are made from edited RTP resources, which means you can edit the battlers to suit. Others are much harder, and need to be made from scratch. If you make a request in the Resource request forum, the members here will do their best to help you. Sorry about the Script Index, I forgot that I had the index files in the old account, and I moved all the files. I will fix that now. Before reading, at least read the title. Or a single post in this topic. This is not a Characterset. It has over 1700 Charactersets. Try not to necro-post any more either.
