Polraudio 122 Report post Posted December 13, 2009 I think I heard somewhere that Windows 7 was buggy when it was released.... Yea all the ones before the retail were. Im using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Retail and it runs perfectly fine with no problems and the OS practically takes care of its self. Well worth the price. CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted December 13, 2009 If you want it hold the graphics of the games, then getting better graphic cards and video cards and more ram will defiantly help you. What about GX graphic cards? I hear they are pretty good.
Joey 9 Report post Posted December 13, 2009 Well I basically have no money right now...so...I can't get a better card till later when all the "new" ones are, well...not new. lol And I dunno about Windows 7, I'll get it soon though...just have to tell my family that they probably misread/heard something when they told me. CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted December 14, 2009 I hear some really bad things about 7... Maybe you shouldn't get it? Because if you do and its not good, you can't return it :(

Guest Midnight Assassin Report post Posted December 14, 2009 If Windows fails, then move on to Linux. But I highly doubt Win7 will bug on you, mate. In fact, I'm getting Win7 in less than a week. No guarantee that I'll be using it as my primary OS, but I see it as an option.
formlesstree4 18 Report post Posted December 14, 2009 Someone's been feedin you lies Crimson. Windows 7 is most certainly not epic fail. It's quite win actually.
Blackbound 4 Report post Posted December 14, 2009 right now, only two things from Microsoft I can label as "Epic Failure:" Windows 6 (windows Vista-oober GAG) and the ram handeling on Visual Studio 2010. Windows 7 is ULTIMATE SUCCESS even with using Priemium or Basic windows 7, Betas and RCs dont count as offical releases because they are beta, or in the works or testing copies
