isaacsol 10 Report post Posted December 12, 2009 Hey everyone, I am writing this to apologise about the downtime we had earlier. What happened was that the automatic payment for the host had failed, and I was not notified about it until I logged into the Host CP. The host has been paid manually, and the server should not be suspended any more. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone, and I will do my best to make sure this never happens again. I think I will keep on top of it and do it manually from now on. Also, the forums seem a bit slow, is this just me? If it is not just me, I will repair and optimise the database.
