Help with editing a HUD

Can anyone plse edit this HUD to make it smaller and give it a wood like effect. Well basicly ninja it up a little lol if anyone is willing to do this i will give you a massive thanks and will credit you epicly in the project im currently working on ;)

well just kinda make it look like a HUD a ninja game would have lol sorry but i am terrible with graphics
