I bough RMXP about a year ago and the licence key email was saved on our old email. The problem is that recently, we changed internet service providers so our old provider shut down our emails, I was unaware that they were going to do this, as the emails continued to work for two weeks after we left Bigpond. For now, RMXP is safe on my Vista laptop, but I am little worried because if anything happens to my laptop, then in terms of RMXP, I'm kind of screwed.....
Does anyone know any way that you can either find out what your serial is through RMXP itself or can you contact Protexis and use a "lost serial" department. I can give them all the details that they will possibly need, so details won't be a problem.
I would rather not go on to illegal ware sites and get a keygen as 6/10 have viruses.
