Attached is 3 logo design concepts for Ripped Assassin (business I am starting):

 

1) Tell me which you like best.

 

2) And any dislikes.

 

I told the designer that I thought the colors where to bland and did not stand out. I also said that the NERD and ASSASSIN look to old; plus the assassin doesn't look like an assassin, but like a homeless guy.

 

Overall I said I liked sample 3 the best, but added every thing above to my dislikes for it.

The only thing i don't like is that everyone of them looks like they are in their 60's.

The first one is too much empty space and well the 3rd one too much information

To be perfectly honest, I actually like number 3. And, yes I think you should get your graphics person to do a recolour of the assasin, he does look like a homeless person.

Alright here is their new logo concept (see attached image 2 in first post). Here's what I said about it: "The pirate stands out WAY to much. In fact I find his BRIGHT PURPLE distracting and it takes my eyes away from the oher two characters. Also the GRAY oval is not working, perhaps remove it. The pirates beard is still to THICK."

But I am also starting a video game production business as well. Waiting for my Tax returns as it will fund my $999+ logo, website design, business cards, etc.

Yes maybe change the pirate colour to the old one, but despite that, it looks very good.
