Hey there, everyone... Um... I'm Torry O'Connor, something of a newbie when it comes to making RMXP games... For at least three months now, I've dabbled on my own, and tried to make good RPGs, but all have been total, epic failures. So far, the only two I've worked on that have gotten even a little progress are Pokémon: Autumn Orange edition, and The Nevermore Chronicles. Though if I want to get anywhere with them, I'll need some help... But anyways, hopefully I'll be more welcome here than I was anywhere else... Even the admins in some places would troll me.

lol, I can confirm to you the lack of trolling and immature behavior on these forums. You wont find more helpful, eager, kind users and staff elsewhere. I can also tell you that I am not being paid to say this... o.O lolz. Really, Its a great community here, and you are most welcome, no matter your level of skill or experience.

Hey welcome to RMXPU. You seem like a very nice person and someone i can get along well with. If you need anything i mean anything like help with RMXP or RMVX, a new car, computer tech support, a little scripting here and there, well minus the car.

 

Anyways yea were all friendly here and treat every like equals, so you wont be treated less than the admin.

 

Also if you want to learn a little advanced stuff take a look at my games Umaro Tondaro and The Collector. No need to worry they are not encrypted which means you can open them in RMXP and take a look at them. None of my projects will ever be encrypted so if you see something nice feel free to open it up and take a look,

Hey, welcome to the forum :) . Yeah, as many people have already said, it's a great community with lots of people willing to help you. If you need anything, just ask by posting a topic in one of the designated. Your making a pokemon game? Are you starting from scratch or using the RMXP Pokemon Starter Kit? I'm using the Pokémon Starter Kit. I think I've gotten the hang of it, but I need sprites and music if I'm gonna get anywhere. I've already got a BRILLIANT plot for it. Before I was making it in RMXP, it was a ROM hack... But using RMXP, I can easily make things the way I want to. 'Least this comes with a day/night system.

It shows our greatest flaws, but in return sheds light on how to overcome those flaws.

Meh, thanks you two. I just hope no one gets surprised if I disappear off the site for a few days or more - I'm also working on 3D models for an MMORPG. Though that's rare I help now, since the admin of the project hates me for no reason. I just don't understand what it is with the admins of most forums and hating me...
