It looks like you have voted twice except for a slight difference in the text. I suspect this happened. If you use a different IP, of course you are going to be able to vote again. This is how the system differentiates voters and logs whether they can vote within the timeframe set(which is every 24hrs per IP). Since we allow guests to vote, its the only way we can ID them.
