It is an amazing series, isn't it? What I find amazing is the change its made since now and then. I remember playing Megaman on the PS1 when I was 7 and now look where it is. Congrats, Capcorn, congrats :alright: . I got a massive ammount of Megaman games for DS, my favourite is Megaman Advent ZX. Bloody amazing game, only stopped playing it to do some work on my RMXP games. I think playing Megaman Advent ZX is what gave me more enthusiasm to work on my games a heap. Gets really tricky on some levels but I'll get past em eventually :D .

I've always been a fan of the Battle Network series games. I tried playing Megaman X and Megaman Zero, but their really hard for me. :sweatdrop:

For those who don't know, or would like a description of the Megaman Battle Network series games, I can only best describe it as such. But be warned, it does include spoilers.

The game series starts off with Megaman: Battle Network, often called MMBN1, with the WWW ("World Three") trying to take over the world (or something like that, anyway). Of course, they won't get close as you, playing as both Lan Hikari and Megaman, will try to stop him. During the events that take place within the WWW fortress, Lan learns that Megaman was made with the DNA of his twin brother Hub, or Saito in Japan, who died at a young age. The final battle takes place, yada, yada, yada.

Many more battles take place after the defeat of the WWW, including Gospel and Nebula, both of which tried to control the world using the net. Wily does, of course, come back in Megaman Battle Network 3 and Megaman Battle Network 6. In MMBN3, he tries to resurrect the "core" of the next, which had grown a mind equivalent of an single-cell organism, called Alpha, or Proto in Japan. In MMBN6, Falzar and Gregar were his targets. Although I could go on and on about this, I really don't feel like it right now, but if you really want me to work on this, then be my guest and ask me to do so.

No, not really. I remember watching a little of the NT warrior series once, but that was a LONG time ago. Know where I can watch the whole Megaman Series online? I'm to busy to look myself.

...What IS Megaman Zero?

:dragonshock:

No joke, though. I've been a somewhat huge Megaman Game freak, and I've never heard of Megaman Zero. (I only recently got Megaman Battle Network 3: White, JUST so I could get the last 4 Navi Chips for my Megaman Battle Network 3: Blue game. I also learned that only Blue gets the Giga Chip FolderBack)

MegaMan Zero takes place after the X series and before the ZX series. Zero dies in Zero4.

That actually explains very little to me, honestly. I guess I should have said I'm more of a Megaman Battle Network game freak (Or Megaman: NT Warrior, which is an anime). I think I missed a lot of important background info for the Megaman Series, though... :sweatdrop:

Here is article about a future online MegaMan game. It is for the X series.

http://www.themmnetwork.com/2010/06/03/new-details-and-images-on-rockman-online/

The odd thing about this is that the game will be released in South Korea, Taiwan, and China. The US and Japan are not even in the picture. What the hell is Capcom thinking?

I don't know much about the series.. I played the old games on the NES, and one on the GBA with the guy in red and white. That game was HARD! They all were actually.

I hope Nintendo buys MegaMan. Capcom has done a piss poor job handling MegaMan in many areas. The online game is a MMO and it connects the Classic and X series. Wow! Japan and America will not get the game that connects the series.

1. The MegaMan X7 Disaster

The E3 in 2003 X7 was said to have a lot of potential, and maybe a runner for game of the year. It had some glitches that needed to be fixed. So, does Capcom fix these glitches before the game is released 5 months later? NO.

2. Let's Discontinue a high rated TV show!

After doing some research on this odd problem I was very surprised. The original Megaman cartoon had very good ratings. The toys made by Bandi were selling very good. The producers wanted to continue the show. However, Capcom thought it was best to discontinue a selling product. This may piss off some people. The producers were going to add BASS yes, BASS to the show in season 3.

3. MegaMan Rush Marine

Do I really have to explain this? MegaMan can't shot. Roll looks like a hooker.

4. Capcom thinks we are stupid. The lies of all lies.

OK it seems as if Capcom always say that the Legend series was not a seller. Well excuse me, but any game that gets the "Greatest Hits" award is a top selling game. Both Legends games got the award. Later on MegaMan 64 received the "Nintendo Best Seller" award.

5. It takes three failed attempts to realize "hey let's make a SNES game.

It is known that MegaMan 4, 5, and 6 did not sell very well as the first 3 games. Well after failing twice Capcom should have realized it is time to change to the SNES. However, they yet again went to the outdated NES. Where is the common sense?

The MegaMan Zero Collection was released on June 8, 2010. I'm going to get this game before the summer ends, and I don't have a DS!
