Description.png

LastEnd Visual RPG Studio gives you the power to create your own original role-playing games without any special knowledge or training. All you need is a computer an a imagination, and your on the way to making your own game. Visual RPG Studio allow for almost endless maps that can contain up to 4,000,000 tiles. Let's take a look at some more of its features.

You might think it's hard to make a game, but it's a breeze to find your way around LastEnd Visual RPG Studio. First, make a map that'll serve as the stage for your adventure, then set up your Player, NPC (enemy monsters), items, magic-everything you need for a good RPG. Finally, create some events and place them around the map. Once complete all you have to do is hit the build game option and your very own original RPG is complete. Mapmaking is as simple as a jigsaw puzzle when you have tiles to work with, and with 4 layers you can make it look and feel the way you want it. You can even use ready-made graphics for the player and monsters, so all you have to do is give them some stats and a name.

Wow, this looks really nice. I can't wait to see a demo for this. Unlimited layers is also a good thing ^>^. I like your idea.

2. yes only on tileset can be viewed at once. With support for unlimmited tilesets.

My newest work is the particle collision. This feature is needed for many things. For example if it a spell it will need to know if it hits a player or a item that is effected by say fire, ice, or wind.

Anyhow here some screenshots of a small tests I did.

RPG Maker is trademarked by Enterbrain, slapping a word before it still could have legal issues especially since you plan on selling this.

It would be like me taking Insomniac Games and changing it to Insomniac Studios.

Yes, RPG Maker (PSX), RPG Maker 2 (PS2), RPG Maker 3 (PS2), RPG Maker DS (Nintendo DS) where all made by Enterbrain.

They hold a Trademark on "RPG MAKER VX" not "RPG Maker". [http://tess2.uspto.gov/] Being a expression I don't think anyone can have a trademark on that expression alone.

Are you using Firefox? If so I may have to adjust my css to view right on it.

Thank you. I will fix this on my next site upload with a firefox fix if that is the screenshot viewer problem.

Will this be able to support screen resolution of 1024 x 600?

It supports anything the users video card can handle. The LastEnd Forums has a bit of info on video settings.

Here are a few screenshots of other things I have done with the particle systewm testing it.

No they do hold a trademark for RPG Maker which came out for the Playstation and was made by Enterbrain and Age Tech, as well as RPG Maker 2 and 3 for the Playstation 2. Did you do a international trademark search? Also take note of the following conditions REQUIRED in using RPG Maker (registered or not):

This RPG Maker mark has a greater likelihood of registration if it satisfies the following conditions: (1) it is not confusingly similar to other marks, (2) it does not dilute a famous mark, (3) it is not generic or descriptive, (4) if there are no unregistered, common law trademark holders that are using this trademark in commerce today, and (5) if the description and classification of your use of RPG Maker is different than other non-abandoned registered marks having the same name.

Your use breaches all those in bold. And lets not forget the trademark symbols which can be found here http://www.emuparadise.org/PSX/Covers/RPG%20Maker%20%5BU%5D%20%5BSLUS-00640%5D-front.jpg | http://www.highrescovers.com/wp-content/uploads/covers/ps2covers/RPG_Maker_2-USA.jpg

Enterbrain's series has been and also known as RPG Maker Series. They started it and created it and hold the rights to it, registered or not. Why not just change it to LastEnd RPG Studio, problem solved.

No. Do you know a site that allow you to search that database. So far the ones I found want a fee.

(LRS)That not a half bad, given its visual editer ui design is somewhat like a RPG Maker and Visual Studios smashed together; however just like RPG Maker VX COULD sue for LastEnd RPG Maker, RPG Studios is taken as well. In a way i see the term much like the term Fresh bread (Dannys Fresh Bread). With this sue happy world there are no set rules. Seeking a new product name if changed will take time.

I think I know a great name; however it going to be a bit till I can change it.

Thank you epic is indeed the direction LastEnd is looking to go with the engine. Here some other screenshot from 2 test I did last night on particle collision bouncing. The 2nd one is like snow sticking. the particle texture doesnt look like snow but that just a matter of changing the picture it uses. It was done by adding a gravity force with bounce collision.
