Map making issues

i need to fix my tilesets and dont know how. i tried what i was told to try (resizing, replacing, etc.) and nothing worked any help would be appreciated. if you need an idea of what im talking about here ya go

When loading your autotile into the resource manager:

 

left click on the red part.
