How do I open your utilities, since they are HQX files?

How do I open your utilities, since they are HQX files?

 

They are actually .exe files. The download manager seems to do that for some reason. What you need to do is right click the downloaded file, go into properties and remove the .HQX extension and change it to ".EXE" (or ".ZIP" if that applies to the specific case.
