Noob Saibot 38 Report post Posted April 8, 2010 Members, One thing I am known for is changing my user name a lot. The other is starting a website and then days latter decided it was a bad idea. Some of you already know, but I had an idea to revive and old dead community. But looking at my own luck with RMXP communities I have started and they went no where; despite my best efforts to advertise it on other forums. Then one day I had this idea I thought was GREAT. And to be honest it was; I know this as many people actually replied to my topic about my website idea. You might remember it or don't/never heard of it. It was VGSHub (Video Game Software Hub). People like us hobby game makers could come and read reviews on game making software and if it was worth our time and money. As well as read reviews on communities like Eminweb and games. I mean I had all these ideas and then it just floated away like nothing. So I thought to myself: "yes I liked rmxpu.net; but reviving it would take to long unless I put hard cash into advertising it the right way. Plus back when I was working on VGSHub I had a lot of fun designing and coming with plans for the site unlike all my other ideas. So my question to you is what do you think I should do (doing both sites is a no since it would take up to much of my time)? In fact to make the question make more sense should I: 1) Revive and old RMXP site (to add to the hundreds out there)? OR 2) Stick with VGSHub which is ORIGINAL and has not been done? And for comments on your post, Marked wanted to quit this forum 99 million times (He probably still does), but 3 years down the line and the forum itself has become quite popular, though we don't have the biggest community I still feel we are significant size. It requires dedication most importantly. For now, work on your VGH idea, don't drop something like that or I may just steal the idea for myself. ;) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The only thing different this time would be that you would have the name RMXPUnderground, which was quite popular. But then again, it had members like Constance, Sephirothspawn and Shadow wolf.
