What is the strictest forum?

Hey guys, what forum(s) do you think is/are the strictest around? So far I have come up with the following list:

 

Microsoft Forums: Anyone who posts ANYTHING containing (even) a reference to a non-microsoft product (e.g: why can't microsoft "X" have "Y" feature like product "Z") gets an automatic ban and the post is deleted.

 

The Game Creators Forum: Every post has to be approved by a moderator before it can be posted. You can receive warnings and even bans for posting a topic in the wrong forum.

 

The Nexus Forums: The depressing way that moderators word goodbye messages to those they have banned. Most will look something like this (and will be posted openly in a thread):

You have been banned for X reason. We here at Nexus forums don't want you here any more. Goodbye, shove off, etc.

 

Any others?

The old old rmxp.org/rmxp.net used to be quite strict I think.

 

I think that some large forums get overwhelmed with huge amount of topics in the wrong section, or off-topic against the rules topics. These forums will need to get more moderators to deal with it, and essentially it can be like dealing with spam-bots. Therefore they need incentives to control the behaviors of posting members so they don't have to deal with all the nonsense.

 

Not everyone sees it this way, but all the topics on a forum are content of that website.

 

To illustrate what I said, this forum has few posters, therefore making it strict would kill it entirely. I'm sure the forums would not purposely diminish their own activity. However, posting "Goodbye, shove off, etc" is just bad management.

I've heared about a Bjd* forum called DOA (Den of Angels) that's something like a tyranny. Doa's administrator erases every post that's not related to her favorite bjd brand.
