If the 2012 is the end of the world than I got nothing to say but what about if nothing happen...? The technologies nowadays is improving so much, what will turn out after 5 years later? or 10 years later? From what I imagine, this world will develop into a machine century, human will start communicate with something like robot or maybe will live together (Haha! full of imagination!) Wyzrd 12 Report post Posted May 27, 2010 Me personally, I don't believe the world will end in 2012. As far as the future, I do believe that you are right about technology will only get better. I presume in due time we will be able to do space travel even further out. I believe we will find we are not the only ones in the universe. Pretty much like most space movies and such. I think everything will be the same, everyone thought the world would end in 2000 (good Family Guy episode :P). True, Global Warming will get worse and Winter will feel like Spring or Fall, which would make Summer unbearable. I agree with Wyzrd, there is life out there in the universe and the government knows this but won't let it out just yet. As to why? Decadenttia 2 Report post Posted May 27, 2010 2012 is not the first time it's said the world will end. Remember that people in moyan ages were absolutely sure the world would end in the year 1000. In fact, the prophecy of Maya Civilization don't say exactly the world ends in 2012. They talk about a great change, important things that end to let others begin. History of the world had always been a circle. A cycle ends, a new cycle begins. World will not last forever, that is clear, but I don't believe in that final for 2012. Is just another cycle. Think about the amount of things that are changing now. My opinion is that as years will go by, there will be more diferences between people who will use technology for everything in their lifes and people with naturist's point of view.
