Does anyone know of a method to make a moving panorama background? So, say, for instance, your scene was taking place on the top of a moving train carriage. The scene would of course, be stationary but the panorama would have to move quickly from right to left to invoke motion. For my train scene at the moment I've got a screen shake of power 1 taking place every second, which, whilst inside the train, is very convincing. But outside the train is another matter.
My ideas to do this would be,
A long repeating landscape panorama graphic
A script to allow this repeating landscape, once it comes to the end of its image, to repeat without the player's knowledge
I've got the theory, but I can't seem to nail *exactly* the process in which I should do this, not to mention I wouldn't know where to start with putting in a script. Though I'm trying :S
