Becouse im reallly tired of having to set all of the passibilities onthe tiles every time i start the maker Well you have to copy them often because you can't really make more than one game at once, but you don't have to set the passage settings of a tile-set for each new project you start. Just select the tileset you want to copy and press Control-C, then past it in an empty slot in your other project.
