Public Poll means that everyone can see who voted for which option or options.

I kinda like where the tutorials are right now...unless I'm thinking of something completely different >.>

 

Its easy to find and I can actually know where and what I'm doing lol

It shouldn't have to be in a certain section...

Reasons? I think it will be less confusing for newbies to have a single tutorials section.
