CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 I don't see an image, although I've seen the leaked image two days ago... Who else thinks that they stole this "new" design from the Wii? I do. :C
Joko 1 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 i think it looks hella sick and will most likley buy it. 250gb storage? hell yeah :)
CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 It has the same features except: a drive and built in Wi-fi. Microsoft has stolen too much for me to like it....ever. T,T
Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 It's not really stealing much, but it's also not really new. I don't see why someone would want to replace their current XBox with this.
Polraudio 122 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 The only things added is stuff they should have had in the first place and 250gb meh. PS3 has everything the Xbox has and more. PS3 is very easy to have a good HDD in it. The 1st month the 40gb came out i got it and bought my self a 250gb HDD for it that has 7200rpm. If i wanted i could buy the biggest laptop HDD on the market and throw it in the PS3 with no problem at all. I could even put a SSD HDD in it and have very very fast loading speeds. CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 There are only two new features and quiet frankly, they aren't enough to make me go out and buy another cruddy system that gets rings of death if you touch while its on. Now, the Natel, or Kinect whatever it is, looks nice. I would like to learn Kung-Fu like they said it could :) Oh, and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood looks so freakin' awesome *drools*
Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 Kinect seems interesting, but I doubt it will be as awesome as it could be.
CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 The only good feature I saw, was the Kung-Fu feature lol I always wanted to learn to fight like Jackie-Chan and Jet Li, the greatest warriors of our time :)
Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 Kung Fu = meh.

Joko 1 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 It has the same features except: a drive and built in Wi-fi. Microsoft has stolen too much for me to like it....ever. T,T for the same price you get a 250gb hardrive and wifi compatabiltiy without the hundered dollar wifi thingy. Also is not really stealing all companys bounce ideas off of each other its how the world goes round and how everyones product gets better. also i spent %299 dollars for a 360 with only a 60 gb hardrive so instead take it back and get the other one ^.^ more stuff for ur money. Chief 30 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 first off, crimson, they fixed the red ring problem in the NEWEST shipments of 360's, and now in the new one, I believe its virtually non existent anymore. I am buying one of these bad boys within the week. I will take pics and show you guys all about it.
Incongruous-Behavior 2 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 Well, I don't see how you can play RPGs with Kinect. Will you have to swing the air around, and then when you're done- put it in your pocket to resemble hammerspace? Or even shooters. You'd probably have to hold a fake gun (The Air) and aim and what not yourself. Yet, in actuality, you would not be able to get a shot if that was the case. madanchi 18 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 tbh, i think its pretty dare for a smaller design, black gloss, a bigger hdd and wifi - ps3 has all this and is way way better spec wise but just £50 is darer

Blackbound 4 Report post Posted June 23, 2010 lesse.... Ive been playing games since Sony came out with the PS1, and from my understanding: Sony: Usually sell the best console in terms of power, then doesnt upgrade it at all until half of its console life- aka wait till its been around and its price has dropped before getting one Microsoft: Stick with PC, 99% of the time, if its released for the 360, its also released for the PC Nintendo: they seem to be dropping the newest stuff and is avoiding the real serious graphics. I do not know if they will catch up with graphics on the consoles, however they seem to be bringing BIG game with a new handheld: the 3DS. Ususally if you wanna try something new, get their systems. Thats the trend I see with them.
Joko 1 Report post Posted June 23, 2010 i would get the 3ds but i'd rather have my xbox and computer. i can run emu's if i want to play any other system. (yes even the wii :D lol)

zane203 8 Report post Posted June 23, 2010 well i wouldnt say much of anything being stolen, but i will be steali--I er mean obtaining one of these only because i've had likke 3 xboxes... 1 RRoD, 1 short circuited, and my last one had the unreadable disk RIGHT AFTER the warrenty, and when i found how to fix it, my brother pawned it for 90$ that he kept for himself -.- ... the thing was still worth at least 150 <_<.... ANYWAYS, yea hopefully they made this one more sturdy and less problematic... for now i am a sony lover, but i still want mass effect2/crackdown2/splinter cell. Knuckles 1 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 This model kinda does look like a mini Dell XPS or Alienware PC. Perhaps I am the only one with this thought? When my current Xbox360 gets the dreaded RRoD this model will quickly replace it. The built-in Wi-fi and more storage to boot from my current 20GB disk storage would be a definite upgrade. I was going to shell out the extra cash for a rather steep-priced larger disk space, but this happened first. My primary system, the 60GB PlayStation 3, just recently got its hard drive upgraded to a 320GB and getting it ready for more games like the upcoming Sega Dreamcast game downloads on the PS Store. Looks like PS3's good for now.
Enigma 10 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 Just to make one the thing clear, new 360 can still have rrod but now it has enough common sense to shut off when its overheating like the ps3. They could of released this verision as the launch version if they beta tested it longer. Even though P.C gaming is dying out, slowly I still don't like how microsoft is running there online service. Oh and PSN gettings a subscription fee would make me stick to my wii, which unfortunately doesnt see much use in my house.
CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 first off, crimson, they fixed the red ring problem in the NEWEST shipments of 360's, and now in the new one, I believe its virtually non existent anymore. Really? Impossible lies from Microsoft! My family has bought three Xbox 360s so far. New shippments? Have they've come or not? No, I still have the red ring of death one after another and all my family did was touch them while they were on! :c My segadreamcast and N64 has lasted longer than those stupid systems. I spilt milk, thrown, dropped and have done multiple things to the N64 and it hasn't broken yet. Yet the Xbox can't hold up to anything... :c
Chief 30 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 yeah, the n64 is a brick, indestructible to human means, lol. Anyways, I have the new 360 *which is nothing at all like the wii design, lol) and I will post pics of it real soon.

Knuckles 1 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 Oh and PSN gettings a subscription fee would make me stick to my wii, which unfortunately doesnt see much use in my house. The PS+ subscription fee is for additional features and services on-top of the core functions of the PSN, which remains free of charge.
