FranklinX 37 Report post Posted June 17, 2010 Hi everybody! I was a sponsor of a website in 2009 and later was banned with no warnings a few months later. The site is own by another company. I tried getting a refund, but the representative told me he cannot give me one. He also told me the site does not control the admins on their site. In matter of fact the said the company cannot over raid anything banned account by the admins. Does anyone know of any legal action that can be taken?
