Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted June 25, 2010 The shading stands out a little too much. Other than that, it's pretty cool! P.S. Happy Birthday Formlesstree4!
CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 I agree, the shading stands out a bit too much, but everything looks great! Though, the shield looks just a little bit awkward. Maybe if you bent it to look like it is pointing more to the angled back right....? Is she an amazon? :D
Dark Den 4 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 The shading is a bit too bright, but a its very good

Noob Saibot 38 Report post Posted June 26, 2010 Yes Illustrator. @everyone else This was one of my first attempts at a stance image and I'm not here to say your advice or opinion is wrong, but what is the point of telling me what is wrong with it when I made it years ago. I have heard plenty of critique for it already.
CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted June 30, 2010 Dude...we're just trying to help, here, okay? We're not saying its bad, we were trying to help. We perfectly well know its old, but no matter how much time passes, people will still need to practice and get critique. It helps you become better. :)
Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted June 30, 2010 The rule of thumb on forums is that, if you post it, you will get criticism. No matter what the circumstances, as long as they don't include you specifically asking for people to not give criticism, you can't reject it. You said nothing about no criticism, and the name of this forum section is "Resource Showcase and Critique". People seeing this topic would instantly think you'd want criticism. Hope that clears stuff up. *hugs everyone*

I have heard plenty of critique for it already. i agree though, if it was a year ago or a couple, I don't see much point in criting it, as it was done years ago and the artists skill/ w.e. would have chnaged from then I like it myself, and afterall theres gonna be tiny eorrors or bits that could hbe ironed out in almost every piece someone does
