Map Requests

Intro

Hello, My name is Enigma and I have created this topic simply because

I need maps, good maps. And In all honesty, I don't have the time to dedicate solely to map making.

 

 

I am many things, but not a mapper.

 

The truth of the matter is I feel that it would be better for me to request maps rather than make them. This is because there are maps that I need to design, for game play purposes, and then there are maps whose design scheme is general and thus can be designed by more professional peoples. :jay:

 

I'd rather leave it to the professionals :alright:

 

I'm not assuming everyone has the free time to make maps; however I do believe maps will be easier to produce and take less time then maybe music or loads of original custom made rtp sprites.

 

I feel it would be easier to have multiple people do maps rather than having a mapper

;)

 

 

Also, anyone else who wants to use this topic to ask for maps is obliged to do so

Note: Map style preferably rtp, if a none rtp or rtp with different database value is included please include that in the download.

 

To submit a map, simply make a game containing the map along with the tileset used(Non-Rtp) and database of tileset(If custom). Then zip the game folder (don't compress into game or I wont be able to access maps) and upload.

 

Request: Type= RMXP, Tileset used = Does not matter, RTP preferred, Size: Does not matter

Details: A small port town, no events necessary

The top two can be combined, if you are really that mad :huh:

I'll make the port town! I already started one for an event demo, I can just enlarge it and use it from there.

 

EDIT: How many buildings in the port do you want? And where do you want the exit to be? North east south west? And where do you want the beach?

Around 5-17. A bar in the northern part of the town.

 

a beach at the top with few trees directly behind the town and a beach a to the south would be nice

 

an exit is only necessary for the player to get to the both beaches. The exit to the north beach should be hidden in away.

You don't need to make the inside of every building, but the bar is important to the story, so I need the inside of it and then a bed room, but you don't have to make the bedroom if you want I'll make it if you don't.

You want a beach at the bottom of the map, and the top? How about on the top and either the right or left? At the top and bottom or left and right would be rather odd.

 

And I can make the insides of the buildings, but I won't spend a lot of time on em'.

Ok, but the inside of the bar and the bedroom are important

also, I think your right about the beach thing, so do make at the top, right, and left

but the left beach should be more like a ship dock, and the right beach should have few trees
