Inventory Window Question

Just a quick question. When I used RPG Maker 2003 and RPG Maker VX it would show the party members avatar in the inventory window, but in RPG Maker XP it shows the sprite. I would like to have an avatar show of the party members, is there a way to do this? I looked around this site and I couldn't find anything like that so I am guessing it's not possible, but figured I would ask since it's really something I'd like to do. RPG Maker XP seems to be balanced around what I want the most out of the three, but that this one issue is really bugging me. I would use VX but the midget sprites are just not my thing..:( Otherwise VX does seem to be easier to use.

I like xp because of it's battle system, because I don't know how to script my own, but if you like vx better, you can us xp sprites on vx.

If you can find the RMXP facesets I'll help you out with this. I believe naramura made some, but I can't find them.
