Joey 9 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 Friend requests...I'm starting to get them like, every other day. How do you shut them up? Because its spam, its the same "degree" talk or something or whatever, kinda annoying, you know, lol. I keep blocking them but they keep coming regardless, ugh. Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 Send an email to all of your friends saying that you are removing all your contacts, and that they need to re-add you and friend request you if they want to talk to you. Then delete all your contacts and reset MSN. That's what I'd do.
Polraudio 122 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 Create a category called blocked and add them to it then block them. Then you shouldn't get the requests.
Joey 9 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 The "people" who send the requests are different each time, so I'm thinking of doing what Kiriashi said...figured I'd check for a better solution though.
FranklinX 37 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 That's odd. You don't have to accept the requests. Do you know these people?
Joey 9 Report post Posted July 16, 2010 I know I don't have to accept, but I mean...getting them every day is quite annoying, lol. And no, they're just randomly named people with the same freakin' message. I'll be sure to copy and paste it here when I get it again next time.
madanchi 18 Report post Posted July 17, 2010 well what ever you do, dont accept/ reply to them cos then the spammers know its an active email

Knuckles 1 Report post Posted July 23, 2010 I for one get this one numbnut sending my Hotmail address to spammers and get piles of spam each day into my inbox as a result. Regardless of how many times I junk them I get more from new addresses. This has been going on for over a whole year and looks like I need a new e-mail. Windows Live Messenger, though, is peaceful as ever.
