Half Blood Prince on RMVX

At last, a Harry Potter game in RPG style....

 

Not to say too much, my game is 13% complete...i have also uploaded a demo here: http://www.mediafire.com/?b90jzf2nasaaz1v

 

Now, the features:

-Learn/use spells

-Questing

-RPG dueling

-Collect Crests (200)

-Collect Wizard Cards (200)

-Year 6 gameplay (half blood prince) Year 6 castle structure, and story

-Extra Areas to play: Forbidden Forest, Hogsmeade, Weaslys' House, Knocktrun Alley

-Collect info and view them (200)

-Leveling up

-All possible spells and charms for use

-Exploring around

-Collect and use Passwords for Secret Passage Paintings

-Collect sickles (money)

-Collect Memories, and view them in Dumbledore's Office

-Create Characters and play with them, either Story mode, or Free Mode

Gosh, the download is going tremendously slow on my freaking incredibly fast computer. Only 13% done? Geeeeeees...That thing was going to take an hour on the rate it was going...And yes, SCREENS!

ok then just wait a sec for screens.....just to know, im going to be late a little bit for this game, cause im nao working on quiditch, and i have a very big problem....i dont know script to make objects with altitude, i need this for the snitch.....

Did you know that if you press F13 (Print Screen) on your keyboard, that it takes a picture of your whole screen? You can then open up the Paint program on your computer or any image editing tool and press CTRL+V or paste it and there's your screenshot. Then save it to your computer.

The game seems interesting and I'll download it right away.

Did you know that if you press F13 (Print Screen) on your keyboard, that it takes a picture of your whole screen? You can then open up the Paint program on your computer or any image editing tool and press CTRL+V or paste it and there's your screenshot. Then save it to your computer.

The game seems interesting and I'll download it right away.

All of those can easily be done if you use Blizz-ABS. Maybe the quidditch can be done with eventing, too.

I thought you were using XP.

eventing cant adjust altitude....in rmvx, only one vehicle can have altitude, the airship, and only one airship is allowed per map, but i use this for harry on a broom....whats blizz abs....anyway, is the demo fine?

if you have anything to help me with the following i would aprriciate it:

THe bigget problems of the game:

 

Wingardium Leviosa Free Levitation (like harry potter and the sorcere's stone PC)

 

Quidditch (mostly altitude must look like altitude)

 

Wizard Cards (i cannot find all images for all 101 wizard cards, i also searched hp 1 for PC textures, and found nothing)

 

Inserting Videos in the game (no idea how to do that)

 

Viewing info ( i certainly need new menu option, but, i need script on how to add images to view, depending on what you have collected)

Never mind about Blizz-ABS. It's for RPG Maker XP. For the altitude, there's a script that can change an event's Self Switch. Meaning that you can have the Snitch flying around and another parallel process event is changing it's Self Switch constantly and each page of the Snitch's event has a different priority/altitude. I'm not sure if I should post the script or not since I didn't get permission from the author, but since their website is down, I guess it's alright.

Doesn't matter how fast your computer is dude, what matters is your download speed.
