The tail of the orange block has a length of 3 The tail of the green block has a length of 2 8 is the width of the red triangle 5 + 3 = 8 The red triangle and the blue triangle have different slopes. Red triangle has a slope of 3/8 - ~37% slope Blue triangle has a slope of 2/5 - 40% slope The completed first shape isn't a triangle... but a rhombus!
