Is there a way to make a program in the gamefolder run on startup?

Well, I was wondering if there was a script to where when they start the game a program in the folder of the game opens before the game starts, the program i want to open is Evil Cabbage's Updater.

Hmm. In that case it is a script request. >.< My bad. It was a little ambiguous before.

 

I'm not quite sure if that is possible. Perhaps someone else will know.

Hey um lately I've been talking alot to Evil Cabbage and hes been developing a modified version of the Updater for me. Perhaps I could be of assistance, could you specify exactly what you would like to accomplish?
