Charactor creating

Does anyone know how to make resources for Charactor Creator XP. Or does anyone know more about how to use it? The English version doesn't have a help file, and I've been stumbling around. I know you can make new, empty databases (I did it once, by mistake) but I don't know how. Some of the drawings work well (I've made a skin, and sandals) but some don't work at all. The same is true of Graphics Gale. Is there anywhere one can learn to REALLY use it well?

it's really really easy, Just print screen the base template (just the body) and draw the "item" onto the template, after the item has been drawn and completed on all 4 directions then all you must do is erase the base template and fill the background in with a single color then save the file as a .Png after that simply import the file into the generator and walla, extra resources, i've created a few extra's but i havn't actually found a database to download extras :(
