Jesse66126 4 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 (edited) My local DMV has failed me eight times now. Each for a new and original reason. I've been driving for six years, and all of my friends say I drive better than they do. They keep asking me why I don't have a license. My most recent attempt,I was sure I passed it,my driving perfect, better than ever. But to my surprise, the instructor looked at me and said I "drove off the road". An out right lie, straight to my face. The attempt before that a Dodge Viper almost runs me over at 90mph on a 25mph street. Instead of ticketing the driver for speeding, some how it was my fault. Guess I should have been going 90,too. The most hilarious one,she accused me of not using my turn signal, which in the video my friend recorded, you can clearly see it correctly flashing, during all of my turns. I brought that video before a lawyer and he said I didn't have enough evidence. I'm curious, how long I should be driving before I deserve a license? Enigma 10 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 I know what you mean... Apparently, you can also be forced to retake an entire driving test if the dmv person believes you arent ready even if you drive perfectly
rgangsta 43 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 You said that your friend video taped it and the lawyer said it's not enough evidence? What other forms of evidence do you need? You have a vid of the driving test. That's more than enough if you ask me.
Kiriashi 117 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 If a DMV did that to me, and I did have evidence, I'd take it to court.
Polraudio 122 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 I would find a different instructor if you can. Thats just stupid. No one should do that to you. Argue with them next time they say you did something wrong and tell them right out. If you really want them to pass you just mention that the more they fail you the more they have to deal with you. I would go to the DMV and request another instructor or to another DMV.
OverlordMao 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 I'd tell you to go find someone else but then I'd just be copying Polraudio, so I really can't say much else. Either the Tester is biased against you or is just retarded, but I'm not the one who said it (It was you, reading this right now).

OverlordMao 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 The quotes lie. Yes, they lie. ...Ok, maybe they don't lie. But I would like to point out that I never DID say them, and that I only typed them out with a keyboard. :shifty:
