I'm looking for a mapper for my game. Yes it's my favorite part next to the storyline but I'm just so bad at it I need to stop trying. I need someone to make many detailed maps for my game. I have ideas as to what I want and I need a team player that'll work with me and add their own style to the work. I'll offer money if the maps are good enough. Also I'll offer help in games others are making if they help me.

 

For the money offer it would basically equal a set rate (undetermined as of yet) per. map. I wouldn't be paying anything crazy but you could get some money for ebay or wow or something if you make some good maps. (I was thinking 5 or so dollars a map. More if they're undeniably awesome.)

How about this: there's a set price for each map, ($1, five dollars is too much), and depending on how much bigger the map is, the price will go up a bit (you can decide on how much/per how many tiles).

 

Also, what tilesets are we talking about here?

For tilesets any can be used. I just have specific things I want in the tileset. The rest is up to the person making it. So if I wanted two important houses in a town but the rest would just be a town the person could take it upon themselves to create the inn and the such knowing that would be the type of stuff wanted in the town. Now for tilesets I'll mod tilesets to fit specific needs as I have done many times before but there's so many tilesets out there I'd be surprised if it's necessary.

Well I'd like for the tilesets to be supplied prior to the mapping. In other words, you get the tilesets.
