Hyrcia 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2010 Hai there. I'm Hyrcia. Really. I'm rather new to RPG Maker XP, but I was quite good with RPG2003. Hopefully, this won't be that different. Right now I'm using it to make a game called From The Skies. It's about a vampire who was expelled from Heaven and wakes up in a forest, not remembering anything. I know, original idea right? I'm only really making it to test my general RPG Maker skills and to get acquainted with the system. Anyway, I just joined here to get to know more people who use RPG Maker and learn more about it in general. Hopefully enough to produce something with a coherent storyline. So it doesn't come up in the future, I am a furry. If you don't know what that is, then don't bother looking it up. It just means I have an anthro animal character I use on the Internet. All the things certain sources will tell you about furries are usually lies. So yeah. That's basically it.

Emanzi 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2010 Hi, XP's a good engine once you get used to it. You can also try the VX trial if you want something more simple but either way its your choice. Good luck in your projects :alright: . Just remember to keep back up. I've lost like 2-3 games from viruses, crashes e.t.c with no-back ups.
