The first, is the one that i am using. Well, as you can see, UnlimitedMB.com has better features, such as 5GB space! Thats alot for a free host. 110mb.com also dose not have phpmyadmin, making it extreamly hard to install a database. The only problem I have with UnlimitedMB.com is that you can only upload 2mb at one time, but 110mb.com you can upload 10. Its also hard to sign up for UnlimitedMB.com compared to 110mb.com, it took me 5 goes. I think that UnlimitedMB's features may see us moving to them, but we will see...
