sort of a dumb question...........

Question

I'm trying to make the main character's ultimate ability which is supposed to have a 15% to lock the enemy from attacking and casting spells for 3 turns, the only problem is it does this every turn for some reason, I'm still trying to figure out how to do a "chance on hit" effect with this spell. but it just won't work for me.........

 

If anyone can explain how do this I'd be very thankful of this.

maybe try using events?

 

set variable (skill id %)

random - 1-15

then set different event branches for each variable

with only a certain few set to the skills actual ability?
