FranklinX 37 Report post Posted November 15, 2010 I have not been able to log into windows messenger for a month. This problem started after the update last month. I checked my firewall and virus protection settings. Neither are blocking the program. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no success. Please help....

Polraudio 122 Report post Posted November 16, 2010 Is your .NET Framework updated? What does it say when you try to sign in? If it gives you the option to Troubleshoot when signing in then do that then click repair.

CrimsonInferno 35 Report post Posted January 13, 2011 You know, after countless months of trying myself, I updated it to the newest version. Essentials, I believe. Which do you have? It just might work, though after I did it, it would let me on once every few months. :sweatdrop: Might be different for you.
