Player Centre Screen

i came across this one script that keeps your controlled actor in the centre of the screen, and addsblack blocks around the edge of a map to compensate, but i disregarded it because i didnt think i needed it. but now,i kinda want it. I tried finding it again butto no avail.

 

Anyone know where or what the script is?
