Frozen Rain needs an awesome team

I'm making a game called Frozen Rain and wanted to come here to get my team. The game is for rpg maker xp, and I still need these places filled but if you want a position already taken then I'll split the job between you and the other people on that specific job.

But I really hope to make this game really big, and I'm already working on the book for the game. Everyone on the team will get a copy of the book, a cd of the game's music, a poster, and a plushie of the character of their choosing. We'll also get a site running later for selling the fan stuff so if you can get that going too let me know.

 

A mysterious girl named Rei wakes in the forest on a cold rainy night to the voice of a strange man wearing an anubis mask. The shadowy man tells her she's in Crow's forest in the middle of a world called Paradise and that his name is Angel before he vanishs. Rei must find all of her memories and the shards of her broken soul before the strange group called 'Rjn'. You play Rei as you travel across the demon world Paradise and hunt for your missing pieces and try to solve the mystery of you and Angel.

 

[spoiler=Characters]Rei-A strange girl that wakes up in a crater on a cold night in summer. She has no memories or soul, she only has a strange feathered mask she was wearing when she woke.

 

Angel-A mysterious man that wears an anubis mask. He seems to know a lot about everything, even Rei. Is he a friend or foe?

 

Saturn-A handsome demon shaman with large antlers. Saturn is one of the high elders of his village but decides to leave it to help Rei even if it means he'd be exiled.

 

Sin-A humanoid pulled from the depths of hell by the Ryn to destroy Rei. When he turns on the Ryn they begin to hunt him. If you're willing to trust him he may be added to the party along with a few other optional characters.

 

Lady Death-Destroyed the beloved godess Rhiannon and took over the heavens and paradise.

 

Misablonca-A strange woman that keeps appearing and helping Rei. Angel doesn't seem to get along with her, so who's safe to trust?

And basicly the ability to just live a quiet life in game when you don't feel like working on the story. So basicly a Animal Crossing style living system for when you're not progressing

Right now we're gathering and editing stuff. Making sprites, editing tilesets for the giant sprites, database, ect. We could use some sidequests and stuff. If you want I can send you a sketch of the storyline.

SPOILER WARNINGS
Here's a very basic outline of the main story
CHAPTER 1
Rei wakes in a strange crater in a forest with no memories
A strange man in an Anubis mask appears and tells her she's on a world called Paradise, then disapears into the thick trees after saying his name, 'Angel'
Head to the town the Anubis man Angel spoke of, it's actually a tiny village called Kamakii
The villagers are all part animal demon. They tell the story of the world being composed of demons who had worshipped the Goddess Rhiannon
Upon meeting the elders hear the story of Rhiannon---
        'Before the beginning there was nothing. Suddenly there was something, something that split into four. The first four, we called them the Ancient Gods. Of them was Misablonca of the
         poison wind, Hige of the thunder mountain, Amy the water illusionist, and Rhiannon of the frozen shadows. Lady Rhiannon was the most powerful of the gods, so it was no surprise she
         outlived the other ancients.
         Ions after their creation two gods betrayed them all. Rhiannon's bestfriend and Hige's mate founded the power of the most forbidden magic, soul eating. They found that when you
         devoured someone's soul it would add the power of their entire existance onto yours. Amy, Rhiannon's closest friend, was betrayed by Hige's mate and had her soul eaten shortly
         after their allience. Then the dark godess devoured Hige's mate after the other gods had been devoured.
         When our beloved dark lady was left alone her soul started to die of loneliness. Then suddenly from the shadows of not a new soul was born, he had created himself just to serve
         her highness. He was her loyal guardian angel, and she loved him so. But after a millinia of traveling the universes a mysterious creature ressurected the tratorius goddess Amy.
         Amy appeared with an army of angels and destroyed the soul of the Great Goddess. Her guardian died shortly after of grief. Now our existance is ruled by the tyrant god Amy.'
CHAPTER 2
You decide to stay for a bit in the village and live with the elk shamn Saturn
Suddenly one morning a strange group of women that call themselves Ryn attack and kill the chief
After a battle with the Ryn Rei learns they came there to destroy her
You decide to go after the Ryn to find out why they wanted to kill you and to see if they know anything about you
Saturn decides to go with you to destroy the Ryn and avenge his chief
Before you leave the village Angel shows up and tells you to go to Crow forest, where you woke up
You head to Crow forest with no other leads and meet Angel again at the entrance
Angel tells the party to find the key and use it to open 'the dragon'
After searching the forest you find the key and have to take it to Kamakii for the new chief to mend
After the key's mended they take it into the middle of the forest to a dragon statue to open it's hidden door
DUNGEUN 1---Crow's Nest
Upon entering the dungeun the party meets a strange woman who calls herself Misablonca
Misablonca tells everyone to be careful with Angel, and that he appeared right after Amy's ressurection leading her to believe he did it
Before Saturn asks her if she has some connection to the Goddess Misablonca a monster attacks, after the fight she's gone
Towards the end of the dungeun you find Angel and a bonded man
Angel tells you that your the only one that can break his bonds
After breaking the bonds the man tells you that he is Crow, and in return for saving him he'll travel with you and help you
Angel goes ahead to find the boss
When you reach the boss Misablonca and Angel are fighting and the Rjn girl named Jewel attacks the party
After you defeat Jewel there's a sad scene of her falling and you get a shard of your soul and a memory
Misablonca runs away defeated and apologizes to you for not killing Angel
You then have to talk to Angel before you leave the dunguen about the soul shard
Angel tells you your soul is broken and the Ryn have the shards and are using them to feed power to Amy
You leave to find more of your soul and Crow promises to stay with you until you find all of your soul and remember everything
CHAPTER 3
Misablonca shows up outside of the forest and tells you to go to the beautiful town called Chezuki to find the Rjn Andromada
Misablonca promises to meet with you at Chezuki, and when you get there you see Angel and a man named Emerald talking
Misablonca tells you that Emerald is a Rjn and Angel's probably giving him orders, then Emerald flirts with Rei and leaves
Angel asks to team up with you and Misablonca warns against it and asks if you trust him, if you say yes you get a lot of points with Angel
If you take Angel Misablonca won't go with you, if you choose not to let him come with you then you get Misablonca as a team mate instead
In Chezuki you can go on dates to gain points with different Characters
Under the chapel in the towns northern area is the 2nd dungeun
DUNGUEN 2-Queen of Glam
Once you enter the dunguen you get attacked  by monsters again and Misablonca saves you, regardless if she's with you or not
Misablonca tells you Andromada is stronger then jewel and gives you an item for more HP
Once you get to the end and fight Andromada during the fight she'll keep flirting with Saturn and Crow
CHAPTER 4
After leaving the Dunguen Emerald appears and flirts with you, giving you a rose. He tells you he'll be in Yero city
Once you get to Yero city if Misablonca's in your party she gets attacked and has to go heal
If you didn't have her then she'll appear to tell you something and gets attacked
Either way she'll be gone from the hospital if you go to see her
Crow tells you if you enter the north part of the city that he thinks the dunguen is in the radio tower
You can now get Riley if you go to the school, he is an optional character
Once you enter the radio tower a scene triggers where you get put under mind control and you beat up your party and take off
You stumble to the top of the tower and you and 4 shadow figures on the 4 surrounding towers begin to dance, putting the city under mind control
Angel rips off his mask and you see a close up of his face, and he reveals that Rei is short for Rhiannon, and that he is your guardian and he protected your soul hiding one shard in his soul
You play for a bit as Angel and go destroy the 4 shadows, once their gone go to Rei's tower
When you reach Rei misablonca appears and reveals she's not really misablonca but the last part of Rei's soul that Amy modified and gave life to
If you scored enough love points with Angel you battle misablonca nad he almost dies in the end, fusing her back to you
If not then he does die in order to fuse you two
If you got lots of points with misablonca she'll say she's happy you'll be the surviving half, and she's happy she'll always be a part of you, then she'll apologize and vanish
Once you're fused you break away from the mind control and become a full godess again, regaining your memories
If Angel dies you say goodbye to him and his soul shatters, if he lives he tells you he loves you and you take him to rest
CHAPTER 5
The next day if angel lives he joins you for good
Saturn tells you that when you were dying of grief misablonca must have been partially born and brought back amy so she could be seperated from you
You decide Amy must be destroyed and you have to take back your place as ruler and Crow points out they should finish off the last two Rjn
Go back to Kamakii and ask about the next Rjn, the new chief tells you Emerald is in a small town called Rose
Head to Rose and on the way there see some of Amy's soldiers torturing someone and pulling them into the dunguen
You can't get in without a password
If you go to the bar you can see Emerald who won't fight you saying he's on his day off but he'll give you the password if you talk to him enough
DUNGEUN 3-An Emerald Rose
See the soldiers take the person further in
In the middle of the dungeun you can fight the soldiers and free the man for an optional character named Sin, he controls poison breath
Once you reach emerald he'll flirt a lot during the fight, and in the end you can choose to spare his life for another party member
CHAPTER 6
If Angel's alive he'll tell you to go to the town Tolini for the last Rjn, but before you go he wants to go on a date. If you go you'll learn a bit about your past with him
If Angel wasn't alive it would be emerald and he'll tell you about how he became a Rjn and their story.
Go to Tolini and meet Kamakaze, the last Rjn. She'll apologize for having to fight, and ask you to come to her house in order to do it officially
When you get to her house she'll be leaving and tell you the towns people have been poisoned and are dying. She'll ask you to help her save the people
You need to go to the docotrs in all the towns for pieces of the cure, then take them to Kamakaze and she'll cure the town
After the town's safe go back to her house and she'll spologize again for having to fight, and give you a powerful weapon then fight you
After you beat her she'll walk to her bed and lay down to die, thanking you for saving the people like the true god
CHAPTER 7
Go to the crater in crow's forest to get teleported to your castle the Crystal Palace where Amy is
At the castle there are some members of your staff that need to be saved or unposessed that you can save
Whoever your game love interest is you'll get a chance to 'become soul mates' when you get to your garden. If you do you'll mate with them in the garden and you'll gain a level plus points
When you fight Amy she'll try to eat your soul but Saturn and Crow will destract her and then whoever else is in your party will fight her guards while you fight her alone.
Once you beat her you'll eat her soul and it'll bring back all those she ate, Hige, Misablonca, Angel if he died, and the Rjn will come back too.
While the credits roll you'll see all the characters living their lives later on, and you and Angel and your soulmate traveling together.
Once the credits are over you'll wake in Kamakii with Angel and your soul mate. You can then go regather your soulmates

EXTRA--If you do certain quests you'll get pieces of a machine in Yero that you can use to make a doll, android, named by default Rise. Rise is an optional party member along with
Riley, Sin, and emerald.
After you beat the game the Rjn will be collecting items you can trade with them for stuff; Emerald-Diamond Roses for the Blackthorn, the most powerful whip
Jewel-Toy Doll for the Dolly Dress, Rei's best Armor
Andromada-Glamorous disk for Amaterasu's disk, Rei's most powerful weapon
Kamakaze-Ancient Book for the Ancient Staff, Angel's best weapon

That would be great! Can you send me a small snippet of your voice so I can see who you'd fit? As far as mapping I would love to have your help, it'd save me TONS of time. I'm using very large sprites and have to finish making the modified tileset, but then I could hand it over to you. Should have it done by tomorrow or tonight after work

Great! I can be a voice actor on as many people as you need because I can do a range of voices(all my friends tell me I should do voices for cartoons). So just tell me what kind of voice for the snippet and where to send it to.

 

PS: I would prefer it if my real voice isnt in the game or snippet because I really don't like it :sweatdrop:

Emerald-A rather smooth and sexy voice-"Welcome to my realm my Godess, now that you're beauty has graced this place the flowers seem rather dull."

Saturn-A husky voice like an older Sasuke-"I shall stay by your side until you no longer have need for me, it's the least I can do."

Angel-A deep dark voice like Tsume,Itachi,Rude-"This place, this is Crow's forest. As for me...My name is Angel."

Crow-A sad sounding dark voice, think Legato-"You solved the puzzle of the dragon statue by yourself? I refuse to believe this."

Yep, still doing it and working on eventing right now. That'd be great if you could map, dungeons would be awesome too if you can make them.

If you need eventing or mapping (among other things) done, I can usually do them fairly quickly.

For Rise, he could be light hearted in voice. Also, I could probably do Crow or Rise if you make him light hearted, but I might be a bit young. I am also capable of eventing, storyline, *ahem*grammatical errors*cough*, and every once in a while, i pull off an excellent map.
