Changing Appearances

I know there's a script for making your main characters looks change based on what Items they have equipped. I don't remember what it's called or where I found it last, but I no longer have it, I'd like to know if anyone else knows of a script like this and where to get it, or, just PM me the code.

I believe such scripts are typically called visual equipment.
