I have a suggestion for the forums though.

 

If you aren't willing to use bought software, you can find beautiful free forum software like Zetaboards. If you do use it, it'll allow more features, especially if people want to make project threads, they will want to have lots of features. Spoilers, quotes, BB-code... :)
