It seems like there's only one member of each Administrative group. (Staff, Moderator, Administrator, Admin) Obviously there should only be one Root Admin (I'm guessing Marked) but I would expect something like 3 mods and at least two Admins.

 

Not trying to nitpick, or say there needs to be some intense rule-enforcing, or tell Marked how to runs shit. Just making an observation.

Marked knows how to run this site, Free to Play. It runs smoothly. And there is another admin I know for sure and I'm pretty sure I saw other staff members as well. :sweatdrop:

As I said before, I'm not trying to tell him how to run the site, I wanted to know Makred's reasoning behind the sparce ammount of Mods.

 

EDIT: and as Bob said, the Mods that do exist, aren't very active.

Yes, there are staff members that are inactive. However I frequently see our mods online. In the planned site reform, not all of these members will keep their staff positions due to inactivity, which is a shame because I like them and respect them as members and staff.

 

Also, there appears to be few active members capable of fulfilling a mod position. I do agree more moderation does need to occur across the forums.

Despite our small appearance, we have some history. There's a group of members we call the RMXPU Legends, Leon was the first of them. We've all been here a long time. I've been doing this since I was 15... and in fact started when I barely knew what a forum was. Its sad to see some our staff members go... considering the circumstances, I find it amazing that some of the members stuck for so long. I'm still determined after all these years.. for the originals.

well i don't believe a staff position is all about how active you are. sometimes maybe you need to be descreet to do your job nicely. i've been in many other foras and tis one works quite smoothly. maybe there need to be some changes, but you shouldn;t be so offensive about how to do it. (my opinion at least:)...)
