need a cetain sprite and tileset

I'm not good at sprite making and their will be nothing on Google on this because i dreamed it so I need 2 sprites and a dungeon like building with a empty pool and a pool with blood and body parts, plus a zombie holding one of those metal fans with blood on it, and a kid ghost with black hair with dark black (as in the color not the person not being racist) kinda skin like dead, a moving van as well if you don't mind.
