Ok, I have been working on a new project, but due to it's size and content, thing's haven't exactly been going fast. In fact, I have worked for quite a while, and even though the relative number of maps is low. (only about 200), I still need assistance because I cannot start anything UNTIL they are finished. Anyone who is willing to assist with maps, please let me know.

 

NOTE: I will need a sample of your mapping skill, and there are a couple standards set for the mapping.

 

EDIT: I will be adding a small demo of what the game has to offer. It is merely 7% of what the game truly has to offer.

I'd be willing to help and you know my mapping skills already. I'd be willing to tryeven harder for you though if you want. When I have free time I can try to help man.

 

 

And ummm yea I can't seem to find the back. lmao

Ok, make a 30x30 map, and ill see. Just do your best. (Sorry, i'm VERY picky on this game)

Well, I will tell you guys my guidelines for what i need in a mapper:

  • I need all the maps to interconnect seamlessly.
    The randomization of nature must be absolute. By this, I mean it must look truly random.
    No real borders, meaning that a whole side could be open for teleport, but make sure that the first 2 tiles in from that edge are clear. (By this, I mean you must have the first tile to teleport to the new map, and the next tile in clear for coming into the map.)
    No special effects using events. I prefer to take care of this myself in leu of the fact that my eventing will be a very delicate thing. The scripting and events are very closely intertwined.
    All maps that are outside are 30x30.
    Maps can use caves, but remember we will have to go back and make said caves.

If anyone is interested, let me know. I could use just 1 more mapper. I am about 24.6% done with maps, but that doesnt include buildings, caves, etc.
